Official Responsibilities

Responsible for the regular work of the provincial government. Responsible for the work concerning development and reform, fiscal policy, public health, emergency management, statistics, medical care and government offices administration.

In charge of Development and Reform Commission, Department of Finance, Health Commission, Department of Emergency Management, Statistic Bureau, Healthcare Security Administration, Government Offices Administration, Food and Strategic Reserves Administration, Energy Bureau.

Assisting Governor in the management of the Auditing Department.       

Responsible for the contact with Taxation Bureau, Administration of Coal Mine Safety, Earthquake Administration, Fire and Rescue Team, Reserves Administration, Anhui Financial Supervision Office of the Ministry of Finance, Anhui Survey Team of National Statistics Bureau, State Grid Anhui Electric Power Co., Ltd and Anhui Branch of Sinograin.

Resume

Liu Hui, male, Han ethnicity, was born in September 1966. He received a postgraduate education and was awarded a Doctor of Economics degree. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Anhui Provincial Committee, Executive Vice Governor of Anhui Provincial Government and Deputy Secretary of its Leading Party Members Group.


He served as Deputy Director and Consultant in national government organs; Deputy Director and Director in subordinate sections of the government organs. He was a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Municipal Committee of a prefecture-level city and Secretary of the CPC District Committee (director-general level). He then worked as Deputy Secretary of the CPC Municipal Committee of a prefecture-level city and Secretary of the Municipal Party’s Commission for Discipline Inspection (director-general level). He served as Director of the office of the leading group on inspection, the CPC Committee of an autonomous region, then he served as a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Committee of an autonomous region and Director of its office of the leading group on inspection. Then, he became a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Committee of an autonomous region and head of its Party’s Commission for Political and Legal Affairs. Afterwards, he worked as a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Provincial Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party’s Commission for Discipline Inspection. He then served as a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Provincial Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party’s Commission for Discipline Inspection and Director of the Provincial Supervisory Commission.
