Yongxi Huoqing Tea

Yongxi Huoqing Tea is a kind of stir-fried traditional Chinese green tea, which was produced as tribute tea in the late Ming and early Qing dynasty.

The tea is mainly made in Jingxian county, Anhui province. The round fried green tea is made by picking the tender leaves of one bud and two leaves, and processed through fixing, rolling, spreading, and screening. The finished Yongxi Huoqing grains are full and dark green; after brewing, the soup color is light green and yellowish, the floral fragrance is strong, the taste is mellow, and the bottom of the leaves is tender and even.
