1. soak all dried food and drain
2. blanch carrot, lettuce and other fresh vegetable
3. stir black fungus, white fungus, black mushroom
4. pour bean sprout soup, white sugar, salt and a little water into the pot, simmer for five minutes, and then put all vegetables into the pot
